Just got the snip and thought I’d see who’s got any tips for after care and how it went for them
I’ve read a few articles and got the docs advice but thought I’d open the chat here
Also can say it’s probably the easiest procedure I’ve ever had , currently sitting in the car park with I’ve on the boys so thought I’d use the time wisely

Agree, one of the best personnel decisions I ever made.

However, 10 years later life circumstances changed. Had it reversed worked fine.

That was painful.

It’s nearly 40 years now but just remember that you have to take things steady no going up stairs two at a time, reduce your stride by a bit nothing strenuous but the look on the nurses face when I went back in with my test sample in 6 days was priceless, happy days!
