Jacquis photographic tour of Canberra

Canberra watch out!!

Hey Madam Jacqueline...... are you going to be driving around to check out Canberra.....
Take a selfie at the Parliment House .... let me see you.....

Madam Jacqueline......
While you are checking out Canberra - check the newspapers & see how much rent is there?
then you can see if it is feasible to have your dogs over.....

Check outside 5am in the morning and walk barefoot across the oval, enjoying the crunching of the frost.
This Canberra. The City with the weather of a freezer in Winter.

Moved down near Sydney now and loving the sea, the sun and no frost.I go to Canberra still as need to sort a few last things out.
Frozen abounds everywhere in Canberra in Winter.:)
Even a few cold shoulders, Canberrites are a strange bunch.

Madam Jacqui there doesn't seem to be many photographs from this tour. How about we all help Madam Jacqui? If anyone out there has a fav pic of Canberra or the surrounding region please share. There is definitely more than two pics lol.

Now here's a different spin on voyeur....so who's watching whom???? This is only one of the accommodation experiences @ Jamala Wildlife part of our National Zoo & Aquarium here in Canberra.

I think Madam Jacqui is short changing us on her tour :rolleyes:

How thick is the glass? That bear reminds me of that amazing scene in The Revenant. Only here the lady in the bowl looks nice and clean and really good enough to eat.

This was one of my Fav spots in Canberra, This was my walk daily :)

Even on those dark cold winters nights this was a great walk, :)

Let's hear it for one of Canberra's most controversial pieces of architecture....the National Museum of Australia. Notably, one of the 15 most amazing & innovative museum designs all over the world.

Fifty thousand years of Australian history fit into this colorful museum, which architect Howard Raggatt modeled on the theme of knotted ropes meant to connect the different strands of the country’s people and history. The museum entrance acts as the center of the knot, and one of its trailing ropes is the Uluru line with its 98-foot roller-coaster-like loop. The exterior of the semicircular museum itself is covered in aluminum panels with words written on them in Braille.
