JACK IRISH or TAO DE CHING?

Having just read the thread on the eastern philosophies of Tao De Ching. This seems a little shallow. But for those of you who were home bored on Sunday night, I hope you managed to catch this aussie production made in Melbourne. Jack Irish - Bad debts, based on Peter Temples novels. It was about the most entertaining Australia Drama I have seen in a long while. It featured the who's who of aussie actors, had some neat story lines, left field violence and some rather nice sex scenes ( I found the journo that Jack #$%&ed quite sexy, reminded me of Alex Silks body ). All in all very entertaining and there is another one next Sunday noght at 8.30pm for the bored, lonely or unlucky. Cheers.

Unfortunately, I work on Sunday nights, but yes, I've read all the novels by Peter Temple and after a few months, should be able to get these two on DVD at the ABC Shop.

Surely westy, one doesn't need to be the above to watch good tv (or even bad tv for that matter)?

I'm not sure but "Rake" can be seen on iview via the net so possibly Jack Irish too.
