45 today .. nearly middle aged.
one guess what the plan to celebrate is......
well supposed to be meeting withba size 6 19 yo but we will see these things have a habit of falling through but I do have a couple of backup plans.
then it will be one of my other enjoyments.... beer and cricket .. going to the pub to watch day 1 of the second test AusV Pakistan.
and then tomorrow im still celebrating going to halloween at the Hula Bula bar before dinner at a Persion Restaurant with my (VERY)off again on again girlfriend.
I work away and cant remember the last time I was home on my birthday
 
well then linda that would be no fun.
like saying your going fishing atvthe trout farm.
yes you come back with fish... but its not the same
 
well yes got to happen yet unfortunately ice found not alot happens in the ladys life until mid afternoon.. its not uncommon for me to organise something for late morning and after ive given up hear from them mid afternoon....... when they've just woken up

Happy birthday mate, hope it's been a great day. I started a new job in the city and every few weeks go down to the Hula Bula bar after work, it's a fun little place :)

I'm not quite 45 yet but thought I was already middle-aged -- has the starting line been pushed out?

The Hula Bula Bar is a nice little place, as long as you don't mind paying $15 for a drink and don't mind a lot of standing and dodging elbows and other people's spilled drinks.

Or am I getting too old?

Last time I was there, the barmaid had a gorgeously colourful tattoo. Couldn't keep my eyes off of her.
