I was asked by somebody on another forum what the sex work laws are in Australia. I explained that each state has its own laws and described the ones for Victoria and Queensland (the only ones I'm familiar with). I said I wasn't sure about the other states. I've seen posts here in TS and I've been to various sex work organisation sites. Does anybody know if there's a single source that summarises the situation state by state?
If there isn't, I think it would be a good idea to make one so that WLs and punters going interstate know what they're allowed to do
