The Benefits of Female Masturbation
Masturbation is a natural and healthy activity for women. It’s often surrounded by taboo, but the truth is, it has many positive effects on both the body and mind.

Physical Benefits:
Relieves stress and relaxes the body
Helps release muscle tension, including menstrual cramps
Improves blood flow in the pelvic area, supporting sexual health
Promotes better sleep after orgasm
Helps women explore their bodies and understand what feels good.

Mental & Emotional Benefits:
Releases endorphins and “happy hormones” that lift mood
Reduces anxiety and boosts overall well-being
Builds confidence by improving body awareness
Strengthens sexual satisfaction, both alone and with a partner

Things to Keep in Mind:

Always maintain hygiene (clean hands, toys, etc.) to avoid infection
Overdoing it may cause temporary soreness
Should be enjoyed in a private, safe, and comfortable space

Final Thought:
Fingering or self-pleasure is not harmful – in fact, it’s one of the most natural ways for women to relax, explore themselves, and improve both physical and emotional health.

Absolutely agree! Female masturbation is such an underrated part of self-care. It’s not just about sexual pleasure—it’s about understanding your body, releasing stress, and boosting confidence. Society makes it feel taboo, but honestly, embracing it can improve both physical health and emotional well-being. The more we normalize self-exploration, the healthier and happier women can feel—inside and out.

Jeeeez , I hope you only asked all the bulk-bulling ones .. woulda cost a fortune otherwise to do that survey..
It's a presumption. Assuming what's probably the case. People that don't masturbate are really annoying with what they consider their relevant speech. I don't care about the cricket or whats in the newspaper or other relevant topics.

So the other 1% say its best if a partner do it for you....
I'm not sure how you concluded I said that. There is therapists that will answer all of your questions. Your general practitioner doctor maybe able to point you in the right direction in regard to getting yourself therapy.

My mind is warped...

Definitely good! Sometimes the best way to take care of yourself is to focus on what feels good — without distractions or expectations. Masturbation can be a quiet moment of peace and pleasure that helps you recharge. It’s a normal, healthy way to connect with your body and discover what you like.
