Well good luck to her, seriously this is the fastest way to save a bond and pay rent. If we are on this site we cant judge.
 
Ad has red flags to me. You may find yourself being blackmailed or something. If you must book, be careful i.e use a burner phone, don't park near her residence etc. And don't lend her money. There was a punter on here who lent a WL 5K and he got ghosted.

I understand what you mean. Agree and I have told her not to put stuff like that in her ad but she's a decent person, just shares too much about her life.
