In need of some serious motivation

Does any one happen to know of any relatively cheap but good personal trainers? I need some one that will come to me and pretty much kick my ass out the front door and that isnt afraid to yell at me (which will be needed).

I just hate doing excersice on my own and just cant get motivated. If any one knows any one please let me know. that would be grand :)
 
You want something like this Zoe? strong motivation and plenty of companionship.

Every time I've joined a gym, I found the trainers were more interested in chatting up pretty female patrons rather than help me.

Want a job done properly do it yourself.

Not much of a personal trainer myself, but I'll happily kick your ass :-)

I've even been known to scare the RSM at times!

Haha I dont get scared much but i dont like yelling so i just shut up and do it if im yelled at enough... im to laid back to want yelling so when i get yelled at while im doing excersice it do it as best as i can and as quick as i can

Yep seen that many times col. I gave up the gyms a few years back and my trainer comes to my house twice a week. The only person she can chat up is me. Haha

Zoe what area are you in? Mine charges $400 for 11 one hour sessions and comes to you.

I swim twice a week doing laps for 30min. If I wanted to be a bit more toned I join one of those 24 our gyms and train myself.
I haven't got a problem motivating myself and there are plenty of books on how to exercise properly.

Motivating myself is my biggest problem and why I have a trainer. The days I train myself i dont push as hard as when with her.

Ever tried with a friend/friends? Can be motivating and lot's of fun. You can take turns on who is in charge of the seeion and what is on the excersice program
