Hi guys how are we today? Xx

Does anyone knows a good immigration Agent arround Perth?

I'm German and live in Australia since 4,5 years. I got here with a WHV (417). Obviously I don't wanna get married or pretend to be in a relationship for a visa. I want to be independent.

Does anyone has knowledge about what I have for opportunities or can recommend a good Agent?

Feel free to PM me.

Hi L,
I am not sure about agents etc.
my overseas born friends just deal with the immigration department.
Sometime a liason with their respective consul/embassy.
Regards.

Hi Luna

There's quite a few on St Georges Terrace in the city, if they can afford to rent premises in a building on St Georges Terrace, then they would more likely be very good at the services they provide.

Sadly if you don't want to study, get married, partner up or qualify for sponsorship (refer occupations list for jobs that qualify) and find a company prepared to sponsor you there are few options left. Home affairs are making it harder and harder.

I heard about the occupation list. Where I can find this?

I think worse case scenario I get a study visa. But there is no way I gonna go on a partner visa or get married 😂

It'd be worth your while to acquire a skill on that immigration list after which you could get someone to sponsor you. Australia's dearth of skills is DIRE! ABSOLUTELY DIRE.

One drawback, you'd be expected to work in that skill I think at least part-time. I know NOTHING about the immigration process so good luck. It can be an expensive venture though.

Please see attached:

Also, Immigration are very strict on what qualifications are required to meet each occupation on the list. If you manage to find a job on the list, the ATO (Tax Department) will also require you to send your pay slips to them to ensure you are being paid properly and the business sponsor isn't doing anything dodgy. For example, a lot of Marketing Graduates from Universities try and get jobs in Sales which are commission based. If a portion of your salary is commission based, it won't be accepted by the ATO/Immigration as a legitimate job, it has to be solely a wage/salary.

You may consider a health related course, like support worker, nurse or paramedic, I'm not sure they are on the list but there is certainly a shortage. If you like kids, perhaps a child care workers course.

Don't take this as gospel but it's something I found. I'm stunned that one of Australia's skills that are desperately needed is.... wait for it... ACTORS!!

I know where they need them.....Canberra!

Hello Luna,

You’re a wonderful provider. I’ve seen you a couple times and really enjoyed having sex with you.

I think I remember you work in the music industry? You need to check the skilled trades list and see if any of your work history/skills aligns with what the gov is looking for.

I do have experience helping people navigate the immigration system and have lodged several successful applications. DM me if you want to talk more.

I love kids...That would be so nice!! After school in Germany I wanted to work with children they have a disability. But my parents pushed me in another direction.
