It's definitely hard not to worry daily! Regret can be a burden if carried around for too long, try not to dwell on it and leave it in the past! (Easier said than done though, I'm sure)

Here I stand today... the sum of who i am and what I have done in the past good or bad.
Let's say a tardis or time machine is real... you enter pick a date in the past which you think was a turning point one way or other..you dial the date...press the go button and suddenly you are in the exact spot just prior... you go in the opposite direction or change what happened.
Then back in the tardis.. redial the present time...
HERE YOU STAND... A DIFFERENT PERSON ..good or bad...look back without regret.. cos like what happened if you hadn't read this .. today's decision is tomorrow's positive or negative...NO it's history... the sum of w h o you are good different or bad...
I am 63..life's for the living of..your a long time dead.

I may have lost my youth and now my actions are slower. My employer looks upon me each and every day looking for me to fall. But I am there each day of each shift working the job I was given. Worry about money and doing things afforded to others but not me. Ie travel. Finding a good home. Many things to worry about if only to win the lotto id be fine.
