If you could change something about yourself, what would it be & why?

Oh Cyclone! Don't be catty. But I agree.
 
If I ever want to change anything about myself (physically and/or mentally) I research (if necessary) and then work towards changing it. Luckily it's all superficial things, done for funzies. Examples: thinking more positively and my hairstyle. At my core I am at peace.
