As we all know I can be a bit of a fierce lady. The meme above I find amusing being a former cafe manager. The ignore button works a treat and I’m working on smiling then turning the other cheek. You know when I am not a happy lady when I end with have a great day. You can’t always fix nasty and some people thrive on it. They are not happy unless creating drama or stirring the pot
