Not one to normally boast but... I was able to get screwed for $12.
This is my short review...

I went into the city last Friday to see a good friend. She was on her lunch break and I knew time was short so I made sure I had somewhere to park by using a carpark instead of just street parking.
Had a great lunch, shared some smiles, laugher etc and then let her go back to work.
Went back to my car after only being in the city for 1 1/2 hours and got hit with a $12 parking fee...
I think I got screwed... Anybody else think the same? :boxing:
 
Lol....you tooooooooo? welcome to the world of the "screwed ones" and I have to tell you that you got away lightly. I got screwed for $80 a few weeks ago in front of a shop in Freo. Grrrrrrrrrr just wanted to pick something up....in and out in 3 min but the guy already but it in his little machine grrrrrrrrrrrr :boxing: no way out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think even a free lap dance would not have changed his mind.:evil5:

Definitely screwed!!, It depends where you park though, there are ones in the heart of the city that are $5 + per hour and then there are ones just on the out skirts ( like on the northbridge side of the old train station that is only bout $3 an hour) i always park there.
 
Helpful hint for country people.

Do not go into any carparks run by Wilson Parking or under any major hotels.

City of Perth parking is generally cheaper and my favourite is the one near the cultural centre. You can enter it from James Street or Museum Street. There is one above the train station entered off Roe Street and another also off Roe Steet opposite the train station and near the Art Gallery.
 
Last year I clocked over $1000 in parking fines...I think I need to start taking the bus......

Grrrrr...I know they see my car and wait behind a tree cloose by for the very second my meter ticks over "expired" and faster then a virgin on his first time..DONE AND SCREWED!!!
 
Well your lucky over east its up to 80$ plus , now that will give you turrets or what ... so I have been screwed in more ways then one
 
Wow not bad to get screwed for $12, but screws are cheaper at bunnings, lol. Not butt screws but just regular screws. I get screwed all the time. Went to fast once and they slapped me with a $150 fine. Damn speed.

Your right about speed skye And it doesn't matter what type either
tablet form or leadfootitus both are expensive and may be detrimental to your health
 
What about those lil trackers on the parking spots now! Sends a signal and bam your fined!
 
welcome to "inflated" Perth, where everything is more expensive than anywhere else, including screws. : )
