I would never dream of giving or getting anal sex but im curious !

Why is this? Is it because gays do anal that any straight guy who does anal must be 1 step closer to being bi or gay.
Gays kiss and hold hands so does that mean any straight guy who kisses a girl or holds their hand is a step closer to being bi or gay.
Gays also buy coffee, go shopping etc.
I can not understand this way of thinking.

If 5 straight males say they love anal, then it does not mean that you will enjoy anal.

I don't think the asker will enjoy anal as he has a pre-conceived thought that it will make him one step closer to being gay.
