How to tell if a lady is post-op

Assuming if they don't already advertise as one, height, facial features, build, hand/feet size, waist/hip ratio

I've heard stories of surgery so well done that one wouldn't even know while balls deep

My personal experience is that you bottom out easily even if you don't have a big dick
 
Sharp bone Adam's apple in the neck, no hip curvature, thicker calves than ladies, vagina hole is closer to the bum hole, this is what I've been informed.

Some give me a bit of a worry with the size of their hand and maybe a bit too much lubing.... not 100% sure
 
For me, the most reliable tell tale signs are the hands and feet. Just bigger, thicker and stronger than a ladies should be. 👍🏼
