i have thought about taking it but am concerned about medical problems.is there something that doesn't involve taking a pill that can arouse a man?
Viagra is very aggressive, there are much better options available see your doctor.

The best advice I could suggest is treat it like any other medication. Don't take it unless necessary and only under medical practitioner advice & direction. We all too easily jump to medications for the slightest of problems without seeking alternatives first.

If the sight of a willing lady does not get your attention then you may have health problems which Viagra won't fix. 112345 is right - Pills should be a last resort and only after a proper medical examination.

It never fails to amaze me that most people are quick to say that these things are "immediately" not safe.
They need to address the initial question first - do they consider themselves healthy *first of all* outside of the realm of the problem they're in?
All medicines are both safe and unsafe. It depends on the taker and their taker's conditions. But look and think outside the square of these things - and at least from my experience - they all work if you can take the time to think and consider the surrounding factors to an ED problem.
Speaking as someone who suffers from: 1) Congenital Curvature (a "born" curvature condition which impairs my ability to hold an erection long enough) and 2) At risk of developing thyroid issues (as common of my ethnicity and genetics; which defenitely affects erections) - I tend to look at a health problem not only by what the quickest and primarily required solution A to B (use viagra and that's it), but the surrounding aspects to the problem. Any on-going health problem.
Your kidneys, circulatory, immune, thyroid and ultimately - all hormones are all part of the equation for managing this ever-frowned condition called ED. Dare I say it - no matter if anyone's a champion cross-fit fanatic - I believe nobody is ever perfect in all of these aspects, that includes me.
The first "foundation" base of all things that we all abuse and ignore ourselves - correct food.

Let's be honest with ourselves. Nobody would like to admit they've eaten bad and offers little in terms of "real" nutrition, but it tastes so good. Even if they consider themselves fitness champions. You are what you are eat - certainly sounds boring, but I have no idea what that really meant until I was truly able to make the commitment to change.
80% of you here will flame me for this. Go ahead - but you all have no idea until you introduce something genuine to your body that your body will recognise and use to maintain itself properly.
The first and foremost base starting solution I believe to everything is diet, and correct supplementation surrounding my on-going partial ED problem. Yes, I still do take PDE-5 inhibitors but taking care of other surrounding aspects (kidney health, digestive, circulatory, etc) does make OTHER things a LOT better than solely relying on using PDE-5s alone. In many aspects, ever since I've changed my diet, I no longer had to go so aggressive on taking and experimenting multiple things just to get "there".
It's up to you how you feel comfortable in spending either more money for indulgence or for health. Reduce your salt and sugar intake (better yet throw them away from the pantry), reduce gluten intake, adopt half wholegrain & half gluten-free carb sources, lots of lean protein, veges, and ditch the alcohol. Good fats, omega-3s - if you have taken fish oils and never felt as though they "work" - try the Ethical Nutrients liquid Fish oil - I've sworn upon that for keeping omega-3 intake. Depending on the brand - I dare you to try to go back to capsules; say hello to mercury.
This is just the beginning. You have exercise, rest, recovery, and most neglected in all health columns - mind health. All these for another thread later; if anyone is bothered or interested enough. Up to them.

Yes, there are fake ED drugs. The reason why I label them as fakes is simply because they react just nothing close to what a PDE-5 supposed to do. Unfortunately, very little people here have posted their experience. I only have had found one fake PDE5 from my triend&true experience; and that is this product right here in this picture:

Ever heard the expression "Health is more valuable than gold"? I hope so. Do you like seeing short one off sentences in such a broad and sensitive topic? How much does these short advices alone relates to you?
In the realm of health I go more than just providing an opinion. I provide concrete advices that may sounds ludicrously boring but I had no idea after going through them - how much it certainly have helped me to think and to feel positively outside of my existing on-going problem/s. Yes, I still do take PDE-5s considering my first and very born condition is punishing me every day of life, but no longer do I have to take them relentlessly.
I maybe less than 30 years old but know this - any of the above suggestion will serve a difference regardless of how old you are. Period.
Start from the food. And do lots of reading (I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EDGUIDER.COM for good reading on treatments outside of PDE-5s, you'll be amazed).

Health requires a holistic approach but doing the boring stuff like eating correctly and keeping up a reasonable level of physical fitness takes time and is much harder work then just tossing a pill down your neck.

Prolonged erections via external means with chemical or mechanical props beyond what the body wants to apply over and over again with over turgidity will stretch the spongy tissues of the penis. And hardness of a natural erection will be compromised long term.

Yes Svengali I agree but I don't take the quick and easy fix. I am fitter than most. I do moderate exercise for an hour every day and am careful about my diet and portion size. I have a minor heart complaint but even my cardiologist says V is fine. I don't use it every day but when I do the results are very satisfying. Some times we worry too much about things instead of enjoying life to the full

I'vve been using V for a few years now. A study has suggested there may be a link to skin cancer. Most drugs have a side effect and moderation is the key. Use the least amount that works for you. If I want to go for a few hours I'll take 1/3 of a tablet. I will grind a viagra tablet up into powder and if I want a quickie and can't get hard I'll dip a wet finger in the powder. By using just enough I deflate normally when stimulation is stopped so I don't feel in danger of damaging my best friend.
True Blood fans will know why calling Viagra 'V' in this thread is funny.

I know this is an old post but I often (almost every night) wake up with a raging hard on and it lasts for a long long long time and also first thing in the morning as well, bloody shame it does not happen as hard as that other times lol, I think it has been worn out by having all that blood in it for hours every night

Tried viagra once whilst seeing a w/l (on prescription) and yes it works (made me harder but still went limp as usual after ejaculation) it gave me a headache, a sniffly nose and a bright red face! When I got home I had to tell the missus I had been sitting in the sun! I don't think I would get away with that excuse again?

I have exactly the same issue cruiser, some times it is so hard and annoying that I can't get back to sleep without having to go to the trouble of having a cold shower, then that just wakes me up too. It's crazy that this happens when you have no chance of using it, yet when you need it, it's often taking the evening off as it's way of punishing you for trying to have sex when stressed
