How much is reasonable to pay for FS apart from massage fee?

I recently moved from Sydney, don't know how things are going in perth. But for a massage parlour, if a girl agrees to offer extras like FS, how much should we think is reasonable to pay her?
 
"Usually" $150 but more and more are asking for $200. Be willing to haggle a little. Most will come down to 150 if you look like you're going to walk.
 
I saw one the other day who was thoroughly annoyed when I tipped $100 for HR topless. Some girls are becoming greedy.

That link has incorrect information. For example a 1 hr massage at an AMP is not typically $100, it ranges between $70 to $80 with $75 being the average. Extras are of course in addition to that rate. I've never been at an AMP where it is $100.

Agree ... the highest fee that I've encountered for a 1 hour massage was $95.00 ... being remedial massage with provision for HICAPS private health fund rebate ... and this is certainly not typical of your average AMP.
