How Langtrees got its name

I've always wondered about the name! It is such a rewarding opportunity to work in a Brothel with class, and an owner who is passionate about pushing for the legalization of prostitution in WA! Working in a male brothel owners I assume would have a completely different feel and atmosphere. Not as understanding and supporting. I appreciate working for the Lady!
 
Very interesting to read the history behind the name, and specially the comments from others I have to admit it does conjure up images from days gone by as well, I look forward to getting to know the team that makes this establishment so great.

As a result of my innovative approach to the sex industry, I was awarded the ‘Sex Worker of the Year 2000’ trophy in London. I believe in an open and honest approach to the sex industry. Love the sentiment behind the naming of Langtrees MA. How goes the fight to legalise in W.A? I haven't been able to get anything more recent than a few years ago from Magenta and others. I know prostitution is technically legal here in W.A, but everything surrounding it isn't, making it near on impossible to obtain a licence. Do you have any dramas from the state regarding licencing? X

When Mary-Anne asked me if I liked the name I said no and she said well then I am definitely calling it Langtrees.
It took me ages to get used to the name but the history of Lillie is fascinating.
 
Mary-Anne really named this establishment Langtrees because I hated the name!!! Funny how it has grown on me after all these years but she did also have a real affinity with Lilly.

well as far as I have observed, Maryanne herself is a self-motivated person and always encourages the youngster to come up with new ideas. And this is what really inspires me. Well, I am still young and ready to learn. But seriously this is so nice to know the history of Langtrees.
 
Interesting how prostitution needs be legalised when the profession is older than law itself.

It should be the law asking prostitution for the honour to practice.🤷‍♂️
