It’s hard to believe it’s been almost two years since I first walked through the doors at Langtrees VIP Perth. I still remember how nervous and unsure I was in those early days. everything felt new, and I honestly didn’t know what I was doing half the time. But the girls and staff here were so patient and generous with their advice. They took the time to show me the ropes, answer my endless questions, and make me feel like I belonged.
The longer I’ve stayed, the more I’ve come to appreciate what makes this place different. It’s not just a job. it’s a workplace where I genuinely feel looked after. The team makes sure the girls are fed with proper meals during shifts, which sounds small but makes a real difference when you’re working long hours. More importantly, Langtrees respects our right to choose. nobody is ever pressured into seeing a client they don’t want to. That kind of respect for our boundaries isn’t something you find everywhere in this industry, and it’s a big part of why I’ve stayed as long as I have.
Two years in, I still love what I do, and I’m grateful to be somewhere that treats us like people first.
