Dressed in normal clothes and proceeds to engulf ones man hood or pushing my head to the honey pot and the time goes from there. More realistic if after the GFE or PSE.
 
I don't have a pre-conceived idea as to what will transpire on any visit as every WL is different, I just try and adapt to the person I'm with and the mood they are in on the particular day as they also seem to do the same for me especially if we're spending a bit of time together so I just play it by ear and take it as it comes... :)
 
For me when i was working my service was generally a bra n panties massage to start and kinda take it from there, slowly take a piece off and start oral and then move into the sex. but every guy is different and some dont want a massage they wanna get straight into it; and every working girl is different. so if there is anything specific you want its always best to discuss it with the lady.

for me i wouldn't really do a strip tease as i find it, weirdly, awkward but i would happily let a guy undress me.
