Just started working in Derby and to my absolute horror I found out there are no WL up there.

So, if you want a captive market, make your way up to Derby - you will be most sought after - I might be your first (and most regular) client.:)

Fly me up there, sugar daddio. Set me up in a nice little house with wifi and a reasonable allowance. I've got volunteering in the area to do whilst you're at work, but I'll be there ready n waiting as soon as you knock off! Weekends will never be the same!
 
So heartening to read all the supportive and welcoming messages on here. Make me far less afraid to put my hand up as an industry noob! Love to hear from anyone keen to help me get started.

Well I guess that depends where you are coming from.

There is a direct flight from Perth from Monday to Thursday. Leaves Perth at 05:55. Very early.

If you were to fly to Broome, there are a number of flights each day - both Virgin and Qantas. You then have a 220KM drive from Broome to Derby.

Otherwise, it is a looooooong loooooong drive.

Are you serious about this :)

Langtrees is great.. You get looked after and the place is run very well. The girls are also mostly lovely.
