Ooh I only found out that the back of my neck was a hot spot for me this week. My partner was being silly and trying to tickle me with his stubble and brushed my neck in this one spot... I think the pressure point is whatever works for your particular partner. For me it's stroking the tops of my arms or my lower back but everyone's different
