When a private wants to hire a Personal Assistant, how much should they be paid

potential candidate has no experience in this line of work.

I have no social media 🤣🤣 as I keep getting suspended lol Soo I'm good there. And advertising will be done by me. It's just when I'm in bookings people want to make bookings and I cannot text back.

Your phone should have an auto text you can turn on when you go into a booking. You can pre-write the message.
If you do hire someone without industry experience let them go through your messages and replies so get the gist of how you respond to clients.
10% of bookings they make for you would be a fair rate if it's only a casual thing and they have other income. If it's a job as such I would get them on board with the rest of it (advertising, Social media (try again lol))@ $25 per hour once you've trained them.

Well unfortunately that's another reason why I wanted to hire someone because I'm a xxxx 🤣🤣🤣 🤦🤦🤦 tried to change... Yeahhh will never happen hahaha ALLL THE ACTING IN THE WORLD and I'll still be me 😑 damn it.

personal assistants don't have to be at the same location as the worker........... many aren't even in the same state. lucky @Trishaxxx2 is in WA where it's perfectly legal and she has sound advice & guidance when she needs it:)

My best mate is in Mandurah with her family, I'm in Perth City in my private apartment. She's currently not working and since she's home and she doesn't have much to do I thought the extra money could help her out. So I asked her to be my PA. Soo there will only be 1 person in my apartment apart from my client which is 2.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣why are following me lol stalker much 🤣🤣🤣🤣

It's a good thing you did your due diligence & checked out all the facts of all of this first ain't it darling!!!? 😘

I would respectfully suggest that if you want to hire a Personal Assistant the amount you pay is incidental. Only one of the needs of the your business (answering text messages) are going to be met and it might not even be needed to be met in the first place. If you are "a private" does that mean you are self employed? If so then the you should pay your "assistant" a percentage of the revenue they generate for you and answering phones and picking up coffee or drycleaning and all that stuff is just part of the deal. If they earn you earn.

And you say you don't do social media etc, but then what tools do you use to promote yourself? Whatever they are why not bring this person into contribute and for your own benefit (especially if your paying for it?). As a minimum she must be freeing up your time and not simply be a replacement for what you must currently be managing to do on your own at the moment, but at no direct cost to you? Otherwise why have someone around to help?

If you don't need any of that or if you don't see any earning potential for youself or the person assisting then you dont need an assistant. Spend the money on your business so that the business (you) make money isnt that how it works?

On the issue of phones and text messages consider what might be done differently. Does the situation justify the $25 cost for an employee that doesnt generate any income for you if all they do is answer text messages? Which I would suggest is preaching to the converted: What's the number and how do they know what it is? I would guess it's one you are advertsing somewhere or have it in an ad or is listed on a site or any combinaton of those things. If that is the case then it is one of many numbers similarly listed by your compititon. And anyone texting it are doing so because your telling them thats how they can book your services. Why not just take the booking then and there?

Why couldnt you use something like Office 365 which for around $20 a month is being widely used by individuals, self employed people, professionals and big business to take appointments and book resources and to make appointments and see a persons availabilty and arrange meetings blah blah - all sans phone because those people being booked are busy working! As a customer In your industry I send out more than one message to different ads because I dont know who is avaiable or whatever and I expect that whoever replies to my message for a booking is not the girl I want to make a booking with. Doesnt most people? So whats the point of persisiting with that system? If I could see when your free, make the booking and you would know i am coming over it would save time and be easier and cost us both less! Lol. Anyway sorry that this turned into to a way too long reply and probably hasnt helped answer your question! Regardless good luck and hope everything goes well for you :)

🤣🤣🥴 WOW!! Umm ok I'll answer each step you said 1 by 1 hahaha.

1. while I'm inside bookings, I cannot be seen on my phone trying to make bookings while during a service extremely unprofessional. (you said why not take the booking then and there hope that clears that up for you)

2. Escorts don't always get smart clients, who don't read the escorts profiles when it mentions 2hrs in advanced notice for a booking sometimes clients like to expect your available within the next 15mins.

Example: while I was in a hour booking, I had 3 clients wanting a service and they all answered my questions perfectly and had all different but reasonably times that suited them which I could have accommodated (10am 45mins, 12pm 1hr, 1:30pm 1hr)

10am: I replied after 40mins later and he had already found a replacement. (So I lost that job)(like you said you contact many girls till you get an answer)

12pm: I got that job 👍❤ but while I was in this job a client wanted to book for 1:30.

1:30pm: lost this job because since I didn't reply he continued with his meeting at work.

3. Due to this I lost out on $750 so there is a profit to be made (you said there isn't any potential profit so spend it on my business).

Just by replying back to potential clientele that is generating an income for me 🤨 (you said you don't see any potential profit for my income)

Hence the need for some help.

4. How I promote myself: I have my scarlet blue profile and Locanto (which I'll discontinue once my subscription is finished) and then I get back into escorts and babes, they are Australias most viewed sites to find escorts so I have no problem there.

My past history with social media HAHA generated most of my best Regular clients ❤❤ and they found me when I got suspended from most of social media platforms 🤣🤣🤣🤣 i felt special when they tracked me down 🥰🥰

When I worked in QLD privately (where it's illegal to have a PA) I lost so much work from clients contacting me when I was in a service & unable to respond. You will make so much more money @Trishaxxx2 the PA will pay for themselves in no time!
