I saw one of the Toilet Restaurants in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The most disturbing part was that it was on the top floor of a three floor Watson's store (think Priceline on a grander scale). So if you felt queasy eating the chocolate flavoured soft serve ice-cream shaped like poo while sitting on a toilet, at least you could get Mylanta etc downstairs.
