Thought hard about becoming a W/M but I know that I simply don`t have the looks, and that`s not the only thing I`m lacking...

Would any W/L be willing to share what happens at the interview stage, when wanting to work somewhere such as Langtrees?

I`m sure it`s not just a question of do you enjoy sex. Surely a lot more gets asked then that. I imagine you would have to be able to show somehow that you are emotionly strong and your can think with your head before your heart if you had to.

Also how does a private W/L find others that may be willing to share a house with her? Like most partnerships I imagine it relies on a great deal of trust.
 
Honestly BB you don't know if you got it or not until you start doing it and even then it is always a re-confirmation in yourself that you can do it. I don't think it has only to do with looks or age (luckily taste is different) or a high sex drive. As I learned it has a lot to do with personality, life experience and the ability to switch off when you are not at work and slip in our 'normal, every day' skin. I guess we are sells people in the first place....selling ourselves but as I said not only in the looks department. A lot of guys do prefer entertainment and educated discussions and do not care about the curves or the age of the lady.

My interview process at LTs back in the day was pretty straight forward.....well....lol......I did come just from the beach and looked rather wild and had no idea what to expect. So I had to come back looking like I would go to an interview for a management position. Done deal and then it was very easy. To be honest I was surprised myself.......but maybe the madame then could see something in me I couldn't.

I think i might have what it takes, but i wonder if you would be best served beginning as a 'private' before taking the step of going to a Langtrees. Fortunately women aren't as shallow as us. If we see a girl carrying an extra 20 pounds we do judge but women don't want that bloke who spends every spare minute at the gym or a guy who takes an hour to get ready.
