Managed to get a reply from Isabel last night didn't give much information does remedial and therapeutic massage didn't give any prices, asked for a rough idea where she is but no answer to that part of the question.
Need to know what area as don't want to have to take a cut lunch and the cost of petrol?

I am also considering reporting certain discussions on this forum that appear to involve potentially unlawful activities under Australian law.
The fact that individuals hide behind usernames or anonymous profiles does not necessarily shield them from legal accountability or potential consequences.
Australia is a country where freedom of expression comes with responsibilities, and women’s dignity, privacy and rights deserve respect.
My photograph was taken from Facebook and used on this forum without my knowledge or consent, in a context that falsely associates my professional massage services with sexual activities. Depending on the circumstances, this may raise legal concerns relating to privacy, misleading representations, defamation and the unauthorised use of personal images.
Freedom of speech does not provide unlimited protection against legal liability.
In any case, I will preserve the relevant evidence and consider the appropriate reporting channels.

Probably not a serious enough matter for any agency including Police to act on. Lawyers are like 3 grand for an hour in court I've heard. Good luck.

Im guessing you know a member from this site who has told you about you being on here . Or are you a member trying to stir up something. No one said you were offering anything more than a legitimate massage . Thats great as there are a lot that say no sexual services but that changes when guys get there . Sorry you have been offended about being mentioned on here . Good on you for the service you provide . At least members on here now know not to message you and ask if you do extras . You might be surprised how many actually look for legitimate massage therapy its not all about the extras .

Well, a massage Therapist who is a Lawyer in her spare time, LMAO. Your picture on Facebook where it is a public domain where you gave up all rights for its use except in criminal activity. It wasn't used in a commercial sense nor by a company nor Identity theft for financial gain. There were no threats or accusations, intimidations nor criminal acts suggested nor perpetrated on your person.
Facebook users have slightly more rights to the photos and videos that they post to the site, as those works are easier to protect through U.S. copyright law. However, Facebook’s terms allow them a “non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with Facebook.” This means Facebook can use the photos and videos you post in any way without paying you, and it can also transfer that license to third parties for sharing purposes.
Facebook has over your photos, videos, and information only lasts as long as the content is active on Facebook, and once it’s deleted, Facebook’s IP license ends, unless you’ve shared your content with friends. Facebook’s license doesn’t officially end if your content has been shared with others, and they haven’t deleted it.
Under your right of publicity, you are free to bring a lawsuit against Facebook for using an image without your permission, but by joining Facebook, you basically gave the company permission (albeit unknowingly) to do what it wants with your media. So beware. You may technically own what you post to Facebook but if you share it with others, your rights become extremely limited.
So, in conclusion, you publicly posted your pictures, you joined Facebook, you made your image public and now you want to complain? You should have carried out due diligence and made your posts aimed at family and friends ONLY and or locked your profile. Too late to close the gate once the horse has bolted.
You make idle threats about this page and alleged law infractions; however, YOU agreed to the terms and conditions that were a requirement and joined this site voluntarily and without coercion. Your hurt feelings or Dignity as you mention, don't amount to any criminal act, as there are no hurt feeling Police agency that exists lmao.
