Day trading forex/stocks/crypto/gold and just not paying the tax. I personally wouldn't do that as if you are caught evading tax you go to jail, doesn't matter if you're the head of the russian mafia or who you know.

No I don't think Phoebe is a day trader.

If a sole trader doesn't want to pay tax that much they move to Dubai as there is no income tax only business tax there.

I said I don't pay tax... Think about ways you can do that??? I wont end up in prison.... Ironically you end up there for not paying tax and while you are there YOU don't actually pay any tax but are a burden to the Tax payers..... Ironic hey....

I didnt suggest any of that. There are legitimate ways of reducing tax if you use a large accounting firm for advice as opposed to the guy in the local suburb or your mate at a bbq. As always, you pay for professionals. I will pay no tax this year as a result of a contribution to my super, no crypto, all legal.

Some day traders do make alot of money and in my opinion it's not gambling. But yeah I didn't think you referred to legal tax evasion. If you reckon photo's of rent a lamborghini's by day trading guru's, my uncle is an accountant and he knows people that make alot of money day trading.

You cant hide profits from day trading from the tax man, your Uncle would know that.

Yeah sorry I mis-interpreted the context you were using of the sort of heard it from a guy at a barbecue thing. I thought you were saying day trading is something you hear about at a barbeque but isn't realistic. As opposed to consulting a not dodgy accounting firm.

Yeah this is not sort of a question but I imagine unexplained wealth laws would be your down fall from not paying tax from day trading. My father is an auditor but he hasn't told me about it. I don't think he legally can inform me about how tax evaders are caught.
