If I were a WL, I would say no if the guy was pierced down there.

For the guys, don't do it. The risk of complications outweighs the small possibility of an increase in pleasure.

  1. I've never broken a condom, even with both rings at the same time. The double ball one can easily be removed by unscrewing one ball, while the other one can be removed by springing the ring apart to release the ball. That one's a little harder to refit the ball, and if the ring is thicker gauge steel, might be impossible without pliers, so it really depends on the type. I always offer the option to my partner though. I've never had any issues with the hole closing when piercings are left out for extended periods, unlike my nipples which closed up after a few bloody days!
