I’ve not personally met Fiona, however have seen her briefly on my visit.
Why would ppl post on here if it wasn’t genuinely good service?
If you were even a 10th bit nice when you apparently went to the Guildford shop, you would’ve seen the hospitality provided.
Seems you asked for something and we’re denied and now you’re holding a grudge or b) a disgruntled AMP boss, pissed that Fiona is genuine and genuinely building her success.

Ok so, can we all let this go now? it is now just taking up unecessary band width.

Let me say, I am most definitely bias and would be the first person to defend Fiona and her girls, however on the flip side (pardon the pun) anybody has the right to express an opinion and write a review. Its up to those of us reading, to weigh up the merits of the review and take from it what we choose. The OP has had his whine, Fiona has responded and given an apology and made every effort to offer a better future experience. Lets let it go.

but if he/she was coming back after and still pushing. He/she still wants airtime, if ehich I agree let’s not give it!
Just a quick look at the history of posts..
clearly seeking things wrongly, and a clear visitor to the Guildford area. All around the same time slandered Fiona.

That's the life of a good Amp. The ratio of 20 ppl that leave happy vs the 1-5, that don't get what they want or have high expectations crushed. And need to vent some how. Not everyone will get that physical 1 on 1 connection cause that how humans are. We like the many but hate the few.

The other thing is humans are physical creatures. And crave it. So when Selling a good physical connection that these girls do, the lines in the sand get crossed on both sides. And truthfully how often do we really find someone that gets us off how we want it both customer and girl. And i can bet those girls also meet a bunch of guys a week that know their buttons all too well, and are truly really happy when those customers return to make them feel good again.

And lastly phone numbers if you don't want trouble don't give it, say " No". I've known girls that only have the 1 phone and their phones are bombed with endless daily calls and messages. Now Pros vs Cons of getting more customers under the belt <more $$$> is fine, but they forget that. Now customers have a 24/7 line to them, to their personal life outside work hours.

And these girls are mostly single due to their work, also having a customer/customers that really connects with them on their phone. And again Lines in the sand will get crossed. Meeting outside work...ect. Resulting in the girl's customer/customers unable cope her still working. And Bingo we have haters causing problem for the shop and girl in question. With its "me or them Scenario".

Conclusion don't want trouble then you have to adapt a rule of " No giving out numbers to customers ". But then again some of these girls need the extra money working outside too. So really catch 22 here. Its up to Fiona how she wants her ship to run.
