Good hotels in SA for a rendezvous

Can anyone recommend good hotels/motels in SA for an hour rendezvous? I guess given the current covid restrictions perhaps an Airbnb would be better.

The problem with AirB&Bs is a good deal of the time, the owner also lives on the premises.

A nice anonymous hotel like Southpark or Capri Motor Lodge spring to mind. Or the Airport Motel on Anzac Highway.

Could try the 'dayuse' site for Adelaide hotels, it is a reasonable option to use.
