Get Tested, Stay Sexy: Normalising STI Screening in Queer & Open Love

As Langtrees' in-house Love Coach and Sexpert, Amanda Lambros reminds us that nothing kills the mood like uncertainty. Getting tested regularly isn’t just smart, it’s sexy, empowering, and a vital part of building trust in queer and open relationships.

It's true about getting tested, I was tested for STDs just as a comprehensive elimination before commencing cancer treatment.

After decades of safe-sex it felt awesome/invigorating to know I was clear of STDs.

I've been all the more vigilant now in remission to keep healthy.

I commented on the blog in Langtrees.com but will do so here too:

When writing in general, not just blogs, it is advantageous to have at least one unabbreviated term before continuing to use an abbreviation throughout the script.

I was scratching my head understanding STI. I know STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease) but wanted to know the unabbrevated term of STI.

Yes Google is helpful but save the reader the trouble of doing the legwork so they can enjoy the read. A simple gesture.
