Re: Strip with happy ending?
Hi Lefty,
Here's a bit about Qld law so you can understand why it's hard to find what you're looking for.
The Law in Qld draws a definite distinction between the adult entertainment industry and the sex industry.
Touching yourself or another between the legs or central butt area is the sex industry. Strip club licensing is directly related to alcohol licensing. Any strip that happens in a licensed venue must have a 'controller' present at all times. The controllers job is to ensure that the adult entertainment doesn't turn into sexual service and to ensure the dancers safety. Clubs have a strict rule of no 'poaching customers'. This can result in a 'loss of earnings' lawsuit against the dancer in question along with instant dismissal and possible fines.
The sex industry may not have ANY alcohol on working premises at any time, even for a staff party when the premises are closed for business. This is why it is hard to find 'a happy ending' to an adult entertainment service. They predominantly occur on licensed premises.
If two or more dancers set up shop together in an UN-licenced venue. They don't need to have controllers, managers, licenses, registration and a whole host of other paperwork, however they cannot provide any sexual service because the definition of a 'Brothel' in Qld is two or more Service Providers sharing premises. As soon as this occurs there suddenly appears licensing, registration, managers, fees... However, they can allow a customer to masturbate so long as he is watching them and no physical contact is occuring at that time; such as a Peep Show. So, to break it down. He could watch a 10 minute Pole-Strip, have a 10 minute Lapdance and then follow it up with a 10 minute Peep Show.
The only other option is finding a private worker who does both. Though this may be very difficult to find if you enjoy watching pole dancing as part of a strip show.
I hope this has been helpful in understanding the two industry's.
Dilana.
