Wasnt 77 Gladstone street in that block which is mainly Asian brothels, and this one Langtrees took over was recently rebuilt or built with bigger rooms, with showers etc etc... so basically Langtrees just walked in with every thing done? and near one of the most violent strip clubs too so that should bring in a decent clientele as we all know whom frequents Canberra's strip clubs...

You girls can go to all the Adult shops for supplies.....
