The prices. I’ve been before but not since the price increase and even though I did enjoy my time there it’s not enough to justify the cost and the travel, girls didn’t provide anything more than I’ve had elsewhere and if anything it’s even less as I couldn’t even do a simple COB, I’m not willing to risk the amount they charge when you’re not guaranteed a good time like anywhere
 
Too expensive. I used to frequent Langtrees decades ago. It was always a bit more expensive than the average brothel but justified by quality of girls and service inclusions (i.e kissing and DATY were inclusive - depending on the girl offering of course but extra charges for those basics were never allowed by KAM). Now, $500 + $150 for basic extras is over the top - and with no guarantee of a great service. Better value elsewhere, even in Perth.
 
Agree price keeps me at bay i used to visit but since price rise its out of my bracket but having said that ladies are free to charge wit at they like for their time but unfortunately its geared to fifo wage levels and average joes are priced out.
There are some good value and good services available but have to do a bit of punting to find them.
 
The thing is, langtrees charge a premium for being langtrees. In reality the girls there are much the same as every other private or competitor. The other privates and competitors are largely the same or better experience, so why go to langtrees?
 
It's out of my price range. I try to stay under $250 / hour.
My current favourite lady has just had a price rise to $275 for 90 minutes. I'm loyal, and very pleased seeing her, so unlikely to go elsewhere. Even though Langtrees is walking distance from home.
