Hah! Rare steak indeed. Just about every pub (except Tash Petersen's) sells them. Every supermarket. Every weekend barbeque. What's so rare about it? It's a loadabull.
Actually I must concede something. Only thing close to rare about it is that I'm surprised people can still afford a good quality steak.
