That's terrible hope everyone got out and is safe and well and langtrees is fixed quickly.

No, it was the maintenance rubbish bin, and turp rags were in it. They can take 2-4 days to combust.
It was not suspicious we checked the cameras - we got really lucky two receptionists sitting outside smelled the smoke then it just burst.

I am impressed , female staff smelled smoke there was a fire you put it out .
