Interesting topic, I think it have something to do with their culture. For asian ladies, I found Taiwanese and Malaysian ladies are more open to give it a go and I never have any luck with ladies from China.

I have never had that problem. Either with ladies or ladyboys. Good hygiene is paramount.

I listen to the weekly Podcast run by Asa Akira on behalf of Pornhub.
One of the topics was anal.

Of the porn stars she interviewed plus her own view they all prefer anal.
