Just hoping to get a little advice from the ladies out there, I'm 19yo, fairly healthy and have been sexually active for about 4 years, with a fair number of sexual partners ranging from ok to absolutely amazing in bed... :hello:

now, don't get me wrong, I enjoy sex, and can't get enough, lol... but I have never had an orgasm, not even on my own, and boy have I tried, lol...:angel12:

Perhaps it's because you are concentrating on having an orgasm too much? It becomes a downward spiral as you put too much expectancy on yourself.

What kind of techniques have you or someone else tried?

I'm lucky that I can make my wife cum with fingers, tongue or through intercourse.

Sub...orgasm is mental as well as physical,many women never have orgasms,because they won't allow themselves to. A suggestion. Get Betty Dobson's book "Orgasm for one" it might help.How to have an orgasm needs to be learnt it is not a gift from God!!! Have a look at a film Short Bus it's in the vid stores at the mo. Hey, yes I have tried a variation of different vibes and toys etc... It was actually only recently I realised I hadn't had one! I was talking with a friend who asked me what happens when I orgasm, and I realised I didn't know! lol.

I will definitely look up that book RnS, hope it helps as I think my partner gets a little distressed about it... He doesn't realise that I've actually never had one, I told him when we first got together but after a year or so he starting thinking it was him so I've been faking ever since!

I completely understand it must be some sort of state of mind... I shouldn't (in theory) have any problems with that as I can quiet successfully reach a nice deep sub space... so who knows.... fingers crossed guys! wish me luck! lol

Heloo my little cherub your such a young we thing. If someone had not have told you ...you would not realise that you missing out on such pleasures.
So firstly do not be to anxious ....i was forty before i had my first. You really firstly have to understand yourself and dont try to hard...it will only delay. Sometimes the right man can be of great support...patience understanding and knowing yourself compleately.
There is a tiny vibrator called a bullet it vibrates at a very high rate try and use this for an external orgasm first... i know it has worked on quite a few women in your predicament.....but please dont be in too much of a hurry it will only frustrate you and give you a mental block...rememember it all starts in the brain...good luck cherub

Dear Subnymphet, Me and alot of my friends are in a similar situation. Until recently I could only orgasm from my own fingers to clit. Just letting you know you're not alone :) I'm 22, sexually active and having the same problem as you. A word of comfort - the first one is usually the hardest. If you try everything and still can't, then counselling for you and your partner is a great option. Apparantly its a 60-80% success rate for people who can't orgasm and seek help through counselling alone. Well thats what I've heard anyway.

I have a similar problem but it is due to medication, nothing for you to worry about. quite frustrating really, but i like to think im giving the woman more and more:love10: enjoyment. Actually i get really get turned on by women letting go, hearing women enjoying themselves ... oh yeah!!!!
