Facing reality...

I`ve been a busy little person this morning trying to sort out my winter clothes and what I no longer wear and trying to decide what clothes I should donate to charity.
I`ve known my body has got a bit bigger during the last year but I still have some nice shirts I`ld love to be still wearing but well.. there now a size too small. Should I try and head back to the gym or should I understand that I`m going to be a bit chubby and face reality???

On a side note I always saw a couple shirts and was thinking to myself...
"I can`t believe I used to wear that"

What`s been your worst fashion mistake? Both my parents were not to well off so I used to get hand me downs, I remember making the mistake once of going to sunday school dressed in a shirt advertising Swan lager.::)

Slightly not what you are asking about, but I saw a little girl wearing a T-shirt that said "If you think I'm cute, you should see my Mum."

My fashion faux par is that I luuuuuuurve paisley. What's worse is that my friends hate me as I look great in it.

Billybones I have to agree with having a dislike of handmedowns
My first year at highschool wearing ankle freezers Well I suppose it toughens you up
one of may fave shirts is pink But if I had worn clothes that made me comfortable in my school years i may have only worn what the herd wore.
As for chubby or thin it is what you feel comfortable being. No body else but close family
of course

I've been trying to get more exercise and it really does get harder the longer you put it off. Especially with winter rolling around.

Best thing to do would be to write down a simple goal (like walk for 20 minutes a day) and then try and do that. If you can get into the habit, then that'll get the ball rolling. But it's important to write it down, and start realistic.

I go to a Zumba class once a week. Great fun, I'm the only guy there and I chat with all the ladies plus get a pretty decent workout to boot. Plus it's fun.

Well, this afternoon I`ve decided after Easter there wil be no more chocolate for me, I`m going back to the gym and maybe even get some more sexercise
Not going to set myslf an unrealistic target but I would be more then happy if I could drop 15 - kilos...

BB 15 kilos have you worked out how many humps to a kg. There must
be a formula somewhere.
But if your dinkum about your weight loss then good on you and all the best

billy maybe whack those shirts on ebay and see if you can get some money back for a gym membership :P
