I expect every Langtrees Lady to read this thread and leave a emotion behind therefore letting me know they are updated with our expectations.I have done it publicly as this will also help our advertising agencies improve their own business so we can take advantage of the fantastic 2016 that is fast approaching. MY 60th Year and the year of the Monkey.

DD has written out this SMS to all our Langtrees Lady. Its time again to bring our standards up to date. This is a process that we need to two to three times a year, because in any woman's business familiarity breeds complacency and as we get to know each other we start taking advantage of all and any situations.
I asked all receptionist to make a list of the ladies that were taking advantage, and also a list of ladies that they were embarrassed to sell. Receptionist make friends with the ladies and this often causes problems with being able to discuss certain issues like dress standards in and open and honest way. After all these years I still find many ladies that dress for woman rather than men and wear a style that does not suit them. All ladies need to create their own style as a uniqueness to their working character.They also need to invest in their business life by having the right outfits for the right occasions. It still astounds me that a $400 hr lady often wears a $20 dress. I am not talking about the nifty shopper that gets a good bargain, I am talking about a $20 dress that looks like a $20 dress,not hemmed correctly, not fitting properly, and cheap fabric.

It is time again for us to re evaluate our staffing situation.

We are tightening up the roster so fewer reservations are going to be available

Better to have less girls making more money than lots of girls running
amok making no money.

Therefore, reservations are going to be offered only to

hair to suit, with appropriate outfit for escorts.


Someone who displays a positive attitude with her colleagues & reception staff
BUT most of all to the CLIENTS.

Someone who has passed Maryanne’s Boot Camp with Top Marks.!

Every single thing above is income generating for you…

we are only interested in girls who are interested in their business
& are serious about making money & prepared to make the effort!

Miley: I find your dislike on this post confusing what is to dislike about a fact, we had 22 views to the page, I had phoned reception to tell all the day ladies to check this post and spent 20 minutes explaining the NEW emotion buttons, and whilst they had viewed the post they had not yet worked out how to do them.. The replies to this thread are to see that all Langtrees Lady's join in and show that they can use the new emotion buttons.
I am curious to know can you ladies edit your emotions, I can clear mine and put another one up. Let me know please in another thread in the admin section.

I take pride in my work and my appearance at Langtrees. I always wear gorgeous dresses from Myer and David Jones, colourful, sexy. Before I worked at Langtrees I could not afford these fashions in my regular job.

After being away from the industry for quite some time, it is great to see I have come back it in at the right time.
This shake up is good for all of us, new and old.
We are investing in ourselves and need to start from the inside out.

I don't want to intrude on what Marry-Anne is saying but I wondered if I could add an experience I had at Langtrees, it was 3 years ago and it was my first experience with a working lady anywhere, and I traveled from the East coast just to meet her at Langtrees because she looked different to any other w/l that I had seen pictures of. What did she have that other ladies didn't have? I was looking for a girl who looked like someone I could meet in town, and she was wearing smart jeans, a tank top and flat shoes and very little makeup. Perhaps she didn't suit most guys? I don't know what other guys want, but for me, I bypassed every girl in the place, actually every girl on the East Coast to book her and she was so perfect I extended for six hours, did over night bookings, took her to dinner and saw her for months. I guess there is a certain look or dress type that suits everyone, it's a case of finding the market your trying to attract. She certainly appealed to me.
 
I totally agree I have no problem with jeans and a sexy top on some nights, they must be designer jeans and hemmed to the right length. Ms Sue doesn't agree with me on this but if a lady has a particular outfit she like and send me a photo of herself wearing it, I can approve the outfit, the lady has the proof on her phone.
I even like lingerie outfits as long as it is the complete package, and not just bikini's or bras and nickers.
What I do like is colour, butterflies rather than moths. Moths are grey, black & white mostly butterflies are every colour of the rainbow.
 
3 things that make me want to approach a woman:

  • She is smiling. Nothing is sexier than a woman who feels sufficiently good about herself to smile at the people she’s interacting with, whether it’s her friends, a baby or the waiter. Life is too short to be taken seriously.
  • She is enjoying herself. She is putting out an energy that says “I’m here, I’m enjoying the moment.” She is not looking around for someone else to talk to or somewhere “better” to be.
  • She has a glow. Hard to describe this, but it’s something you can just feel when you see it. You can tell that she’s connected to her heart and is okay with sharing her love with the world. If a guy approached her and she wasn't interested, she would be honest, yet have respect and compassion for his courage to come up talk to her.
3 things that would make me think twice about approaching a woman.

  • She is drunk. Whether it’s a bar, club or a dinner party, I’m not into a woman who feels the need to get sloshed in order to have a good time or feel confident around guys. The best indicator of whether there is a real connection is when both people are sober and able to connect to each other based on their authentic selves. Meeting while drunk just adds another social mask that will eventually come off anyways.
  • Her body language is closed. If her arms are crossed, she’s hunched over, her head is down, or her face is scowling, it’s hardly going to make me want to approach her. If you want to be approached, do your best to appear relaxed, open and inviting.
  • She is dressed a little TOO sexy. It’s one thing if she’s showing some skin as part of an overall classy and confident outfit.
You are never fully dressed without a smile !

As a sub-contractor I feel as though it is up to us as to how we present ourselves and how much we earn. I understand that we work under the Langtrees brand, however each lady will have her own way of marketing herself to the type of clients that is most profitable to her. A lot of clients go for the "trashy party girl" because that is the experience that they are looking for, therefore those girls will market themselves in a certain way. If a lady is dressing a certain way it is for a reason, not out of laziness. No one comes to work with the intention of making as little money as possible.

I love the trashy party girl look if its a complete outfit, and she wears a smile to greet her guests- Mary-Anne K

Thanks about updating us, also, have been informed about "no black" rule, however, I know that there are some sexy little black dresses. What about those ones?

Get the photo a selfie and send it to me for approval also sms the label name, photos must be made up the full look.
You need to remember in the lounge lighting you are very hard to see.

Love this.. About time too.
On Occassion ive not noticed any difference between a $250hr lady and a LT lady. What this can often create for our clients is them thinking hey can get the same service for a lesser price at the Asian brothel in the next suburb. Grooming is key. Full stop. As is personality.
I think this is a great move and well overdue. :)

Only once have I been disappointed in the dress standards of the ladies at Langtrees And it is the Only time I have walked out
I make the effort to be well dressed I expect and generally get the same in return from the ladies at Langtrees

Black is a no go. I bought some wonderful wheels and doll baby dresses that can't be worn at work. The price tag says they are designer but reception go by what they have been told- no black, I have one pink wheels and doll baby dress but pink with ruby red hair and porcelain skin is a no go.

Totally agree :) I know the look that works well for me is a crop top, skater skirt, suspenders and thigh high stockings. I also feel comfortable in them and gives just that tiny peek of my butt when taking a shot at the pool table I have seen some ladies in wonderful dresses at the pool table but when they bend over you see their entire bottom lol, I don't mind though ;)

I love those looks Aaron can also approve outfits except black ones I hold that privelage until Gerry Shaw arrives.

I have the same prob .... Multiple choices of amazing black dresses I would love to wear at work but can't .... Canberra allows girls in black ? Is there no chance this rule could be altered ? Xx

Canberra at no time has allowed girls in black as a general rule :)

Sexy Black or Costume Black is allowed but a full photo must be taken sent to my phone for approval is the new procedure -Mary-Anne K

Definitely agree with you there! There are plenty of bra attachments that can be added to a strapless bra to suit a wide range of dress styles. Playboy does some great ones!

A pet hate of mine isn't so much that a bra strap is showing but that they don't match the dress as well (pink dress, black bra strap).

If girls have a racer back style dress there are bra clips that can be purchased for only a dollar or two to fix this.
