She was a beaut storm wasn't she? Started up here in the valley about 2-3AM then travelled down to visit the south
Hope we all got through it well
Guess we should not ask mum nature for a blowjob she gets the wrong end of the stick

Can someone explain to me why on such a windy and wet night some cars still think the freeway is a race way...
I guess it`s up to you if you care about your own well being but please think of your passengers or other road users...

Reminds me of a grafitti I once read. It said, "Jesus is coming" and someone wrote underneath, "Quick! Get a raincoat!"

Still no power at home and work. Need a shower maybe the ones at Langtrees will do if no power tomorrow.

Lucky us out in the sticks, still had power and not to much debris,,,it seemed much worse in the city when I hit the road at 4am this morning.

Part of a big tree came down in our backyard, ripping through one of our fences, and my home computer died when the power went. :( So much for battery power supply protection.

Boy, that was some storm...
My lovebirds (real birds - the feathery type) were shivering in their little bodies...
had to do major cover up with blankets & traps (thank heaven for Bunnings!)
All 4 cages were still in place - so lets see what the week brings again!!

Keep safe everyone & Cuddle up to your HoneyBunnies!!!

Have power, but about 10m of fence came down and there's bits of someone else's tree in my front yard :P

Oh, Happy what a spin on things.

My place had no power for over 26 hours. Luckily the stove and hot water run on gas. Candlelight is rather romantic.
Though I did miss my internet.
Power back on now, heater blasting, washing machine and dryer working over time.

Now to write an expense claim to Synergy for damaged foods.

Perthboy, you can come and use my shower. It's hot, wet and steamy

Runs out to the power box and pulls out the fuses.

Oh no!! My power seems to have been cut by the storms now where will I shower?

Alex the hot, wet and steamy would be without the power and just us wouldnt it.

Apparantly thr is a big storm coming in again this afternoon soooo come on guys time to come to a safe place xxxx

Not over yet.....apparently another one is hitting Perth around 10pm tonight. So everybody who planned to come to Langtrees tonight better makes a move NOW......;)

I was lucky....no damage. So I hope my place will be still there and in one piece when I come home tomorrow morning. My friend wasn't that lucky. She had the neighbours veranda roof coming over the fence in her back yard and nearly hit her windows. Sounds like it depends a bit on location because all the other houses in her neighbourhood had nothing.

R.xxxxxxxxx

No damage but some of the guttering was overflowing. Going to need to get a ladder and jump up on the roof and see what's causing the blockage. Probably leaves and stuff from the trees - neglected to give them a good clean before the storm season. Oh well, this'll teach me to get it done on time next year.

Wait, I said that last year as well...
