Hi Readers, Bear with me while I rant. Its come to this writers attention that Esquire Perth have again attempted to have traffic redirected to their website from Langtrees VIP Perth a trademarked name owned by Mary-Anne Kenworthy.

This shitty establishment and their owners can't cut it on their own so they ride of the tails of the 30+ years of hard work Mrs Langtrees has put in. Yes, legal action is in process but it's just a shitty thing to do and its a fucking ugly place not even close to the elegance, style and decadence Langtrees VIP Perth offer. Reaching out to ask you to boycott this establishment when they clearly can't cut it on their own.

So you know if you’re taking legal action against them while also using sites like this to advocate for a boycott you can also have this used against you and harm any case you might have
 
They're using a trademarked name and god knows how they were able to purchase it. GoDaddy has much to account for. Thanks for the heads up tho!
 
I've heard recently a lawyer was 3 grand to appear in court for a seperation settlement, I dunno for how long the lawyer was in court for or upto how much time the 3 grand paid for. So I strongly suggest you keep an eye on the legal bill/ask for cost estimates from the lawyers perhaps. Beware I've heard lawyers take money even if a person doesn't have a case. Also there is court fee's which miss langtree's can probably easily afford as far as I know. Also I've heard at small claims court the person you are suing can just not show up and there's nothing you can do. Something like that happening without the lawyers warning you coz they just want their money may happen.
 
I hear you, but there is always a way to that Lawyers are held accountable for their fee charges. If you TRULY feel you have been overcharges and you must be fair about it. You can ask for the invoices to be taxed which means they (the lawyers) are then forced to send ALL invoices to the Barristers Board for checking. If the invoices are found to be incorrectly charged to the client there are very big penalties for the lawyers. Luckily we have GREAT lawyers and have never had to proceed down that path but I do know of one gentleman who was charged ridiculous costs and after requesting the invoices be taxed incredibly he was refunded the WHOLE LOT!

Yeah right but it'd have to be a considerable amount for the board to act I suspect.
 
Simply asking people to boycott a business is generally not grounds for a lawsuit, as peaceful consumer advocacy and free speech protect public expressions of disapproval. I am unaware of any domain registry whereby you can register any name other an unique one, as they all hold a 15 minute data global database of all names already taken... so hey.. its technically its impossible..
 
Didn't want to direct traffic to them but basically they registered langtreesvipperth.com.au ... we are langtreesvipperth.com.
So when you type in the first one into your URL (not search engine) it automatically redirects to them.
Irrespective anything with Langtrees is trademarked

That's because after legal notification they have removed the linking. They have done this before and after some time re-engaged it.

Yep we own the insta page but we kept getting restrictions on it. Might take it up again!

They might not be the originators of this piracy. It does not make their ladies worst or better than the ones at langtrees. The hackers can do such arrangement. But they can do it without being requested by someone. Using this opportunity to advocate the avoidance is the same like hacking the website. No one can cancel the other. Each is in separate locations and have his own customers. One in a luxury place the other in an old house.
