Ingredients:
- Chicken (boneless pieces or tenders)
- 2 tbsp butter or oil
- 3–4 garlic cloves (chopped or paste)
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tsp chili flakes or paprika (optional)
- Splash of soy sauce (optional but nice)
Steps:
- Cook chicken
Heat butter/oil in a pan, add chicken, cook until lightly golden. - Add flavor
Toss in garlic, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Cook 2–3 mins till fragrant. - Finish
Add a splash of soy sauce (optional), mix well, cook another minute.
