New place... seems to have replaced previous Health Point massage, located in the budget hotel at 195 Adl Terrace. Believe it or not I was looking for a legitimate massage and this looked proper. I took one for the team and sent it. The masseuse said she is from Singapore. On the flip extras were offered and accepted. Nice and quiet place but I think it won't be for long after this post! 
There was someone else working here too but battleaxe so I guess I was lucky. YMMV
