Ok another attempt to start a thread lets see if this gets deleted. Should be 3 threads by me.

Usually a 3rd party handles their text messages so you are probably not communicating with the girl. Currently I know of only 1 spot in East Perth. They use to have a 2nd spot in Perth CBD. The East Perth spot is near a train station and a place of education. Daytime there is paid parking but you might have competition. Night time is lots of free parking after 6pm. The lift is normally under clients control at my place and has been like that the past 9 months. Only the last 3 weeks there has been lift repairs in the building, leaving tenants without the ability to give lift access. This should be fixed in the next week.
