There seems to alot of topics going around this forum,so i'll add this one.Can you purchase a DVD recorder on its own?? I have a HDD player/recorder / CD player /DVD player ,but cannot record to disc.I can record tv shows to hard drive,then watch em when i can,but like i said cannot rcord them to disc .Im only looking for a recorder to disc machine,ive got the rest of the bells an whistles including AM/FM radio .What im hoping to do is record to disc ,then purchase one of them compact DVD playets ,At the moment its impossible to carry a 46"tv and HDD around so once again can u just buy aDVD recorder alone ,without all the extra's
 
Ahoy, How about transferring programs onto a flash drive, then if you had a Samsung Tab3 (tablet) all you do is place the flash drive to the tablet and you can watch any tv program at any place
 
Ahoy Bro, I realise it may be hard for you to work out, but, if you are in-contact with any young adult, ask them to show you or set-it-up for you

My dad is 88 yrs old, has a FB account and is on it all the time, plus he Bluetooth's his portable speaker when playing music from his iTunes playlists out his back yard......

there's hope for you Bepp ;)
 
hi bepp how you doing do you know how to copy and paste or cut and paste files on your tablet or computer , if you do then what HP said is the way to go .
 
Duh!!!!! sorry i dont all i wanna do is to b able to record a show .which i can now ont hard drive.but wat i want to so is transfer it to portable device so i can watch later when im away from home
 
I have been looking on the net for a portable dvd recorder that you want bepp712, but so far they all lead to a mains unit like Sexty8 linked. I will keep looking for you but they might be very expensive 400+ .

I know that with my samsung tab2 10.2 it has to have an adapter to use a memory stick or USB stick but then the samsung uses a different operating system to a pc so they are not compatible.
