Do you kiss them before the health check? I mean I am a fun of kissing but I won't kiss before checking his mouth and around his lips...
 
I have always known for Kissing to be an extra that only a few WL offered.
I never ask for it and only been kissed by a couple of ladies, so I have never expected to be kissed.
It is not something I look for...……….and I never ask for.

Sweetheart I have been a sex worker for well over 20 years on and off and have never had an STI or caught anything from a client. I am assuming your referring to herpes simplex virus (HSV) and I can honestly say I have never come across a client with an outbreak. Around 90 per cent of adults have herpes simplex antibodies in their bloodstream. 98 % of my work these days is regular gentlemen and I find that these men take care of these health the same way I do. But answering your question NO I don't greet them with hang on luv let me check your lips & mouth get my torch out and tongue presser and have a good old look. I think that would dampen the mood. How you choose to conduct yourself and what health checks your carry out is your choice. I have always conducted myself in a professional manner and believe in being discrete and less obvious when conducting health checks.

You're not seeing the right girls, then. A lot of Asian girls don't kiss. That said, Little Jenny at Kilburn did, but it took me years to earn her trust. She would be in the minority, though, in my experience.

I think it is polite to ask a WL before going for a light pash unless she instigates it. I like it as I think it enhances the experience but it is the ladies choice to refuse and I accept her wishes.
As far as DFK goes for me it depends on if it is offerred and accepted :p

Having said that oral hygeine and mints go a long way for both parties involved!

Yes in more cases it is a deal breaker, unlike the usual few that flow through that just want sex. More men do enjoy kissing or DFK in the shower, bed or any where else. Since methods of sex is so repetitive( bj, cowgirl, missionary, doggy..ect in that order) like a assembly line, and most stop at missionary or doggy. Kissing adds a separate element cause each person kisses differently, thus depending can make a session more or less fun or thrilling.

I naturally assumed she kisses but not so, it was awkward but got around it.
