It's not too bad.. Their are about 5 recliner style chairs in various stages of wear.. They need to replace these.. When it first opened they were quite comfortable.. I guess they didnt hold up to being played on..

Agree with comments on Club X King William St. Chairs haven't held up to the action. It can be a bit hit & miss, but the hits are worth the misses. Tennyson Dunes also good, haven't had any luck with Barker Inlet wetlands, but have seen photos on other sites of action there. Maslin's Beach also a good place, especially dusk onwards, on the beach
