Inner me shares a complicated relationship with Outer me. Most of the time I would say he's helpful. Sometimes he is in the back screaming Shut up and facepalms as the mouth keeps moving. And then when drunk me comes along they both take a back seat to enjoy the show. Though I've always said don't blame drunk me, because it was sober me's idea to get drunk in the first place.
 
Positive self talk is good for you, negative not so much. I read that you should consider what you are about to say to yourself the same way you would before you said something to another person. If you wouldn't say it to a little girl, why say it to yourself?

I was joking Vineta, I dont know if it going crazy, theres plenty of articles online, yes I have read a few of them too and have more to read. I am not sure if it is possible if it is normal or abnormal...i will read and find out, thanks for liking comment
