Does Prostate massage really help?

Not uncommon not being able to ejaculate as a result of an enlarged prostate, medications that are used to treat BPH will also have this effect as well.
 
I have BPH and the original meds the urologist put me on had the effect of softer erections and no outward ejaculation but an inward one if that makes sense.

After a lot of trialing of different meds he put me on 5mg Tadalafil (Cialis) daily which gives me harder erections and less urgency when peeing. I can now ejaculate again but it is reduced from what it used to be.

Tadalafil is approved for BPH in the USA and England but it is not on the PBS here so it is more expensive but the generic Cialis is cheaper now.

I get mine from overseas now which is cheaper again.

Maybe have a talk to your GP or urologist to see what they think.

My prostate is very painful so the last thing I want is someone poking around on it!

makes perfect sense Jerry .. the semenal fluid goes back up into the bladder during orgasm .. albeit a smallish quantity .. so nothing exits the cock. Massage might help ?? 🤷🤷🤷 if it doesn't, at least you'll know how it feels.
IMO, a 'proper' prostate massage at just the right time can give the ultimate orgasm feeling .. but most wl don't know what they're even tryiing to achieve and figure a bum thumb is OK .. it's wildly different.

hell yeah my uroligist stuck her finger up me clacker said it felt rough sent me for an mri then a did a biopsy results came back positive for cancer referred to specialist on the table 5 weeks after testin positive no more prostate no more cancer so yep a finger up the clacker from a professional saved my life moral is if ya over 50 get checked

Sad to hear about your troubles but glad that you are clear of the cancer. And good advice for every male. I have mine checked regularly both through the blood test and finger up the clacker.
